OwnDay records where you go and what you're doing, and shows it back to you as a timeline. It can also import sleep, workouts, and motion activity from Apple Health to fill in and enrich that timeline. What it records stays on your iPhone — there is no OwnDay server, account, or cloud sync of its own. Apple Maps lookups and files you choose to export or share are exceptions; see the Privacy Policy for details.
